Sleeping...

Its really interesting how sleep works ... I get up at 7.30 and i'm wide awake but just wen i let it go and sleep a lil more ... I'm dead ... I'm not able to get up at al ... Now why is that ... Has anyone else had this feeling ... So i end up getting up at nine o clock finally ... After various people tryin to wake me up ... So how does this work ... I've read this book called HOW TO SLEEP LESS AND GAIN MORE ENERGY where it was stated that sleep consists of stages ... Roughly speaking ... The half sleep ... Deep sleep and al that ... And each stage is dependent on the temperature change in the environment... But i dunno how to relate that to my sleeping experiment here ... But then there is this other theory which many of you should know ... Its about the biological clock ... People say that there is a biological clock that runs in the body which although is not very very accurate and sadly does not tell you the time (that was a joke) it does help you out with the other things ... Like for example wake you up at the right time ... Make you feel hungry at the right time ... Make you sleep at the right time ... So ... The reason i felt comfortable waking up at seven thirty was because of this reason i gues... But why i wasn't able to get up later is somethin i don understand still which i'm gonna find out...
