Have you ever taken a decision to wake up really early in the morning but never could ... But then you try and try and try and in the end, have a feeling that you spoiled your sleep too because you got up and slept again like a million times ... Had one of those days today ... Its interesting to note that in the sleeping cycle or the sleeping mechanism for the normal guy there is no getting up in ten min or five min ... There is only half an hour or 45 mins ... You decide you need just five more mins of sleep and viola ... Wen you wake up its half an hour past your decided time ... :) so finally i end up waking up two hours later than my planned time plus with a feelin that i didn't sleep properly ... Which really gets me into an other topic ... The FEELING that you didn't sleep properly even after you.ve slept for five to six hours ... Is it just a feeling or is it real ... Should we be conscious about it or not ... Gotta research about it :)
